Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SketchBound AI (“the Service”), operated by Northern Grit Digital Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SketchBound AI is a token-based platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate printable coloring pages from text prompts and uploaded photos. Each generation consumes one token from your account balance.

3. Accounts and Tokens

• You must register for an account to use the Service.
• New accounts receive 3 free tokens upon registration.
• Tokens are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Tokens do not expire and remain on your account indefinitely.
• Tokens are only deducted for successful generations. Failed generations are automatically refunded.

4. Payments and Refunds

Token purchases are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase provided the purchased tokens have not been used. To request a refund, contact us at support@derek-turner.ca.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is:

• Sexually explicit or harmful to minors
• Harassing, threatening, or abusive toward any person
• In violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others

Northern Grit Digital Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Images generated through SketchBound AI are provided for your personal and commercial use. Northern Grit Digital Inc. does not claim ownership of your generated outputs. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and uploaded photos do not infringe third-party rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northern Grit Digital Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
